Hi Amores, that it’s been so long since my last post, I really missed writing here, but 2019 went by a flash with full of lessons and development. During my last photoshoot of the year with Bamboos, and Isabel (an incredible make-up artist), I could have recognized through this photoshoot session a result of my five emotional stages during 2019. So, happy to share and talk about this great moment of full of emotion.

TRULY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
2019 was the year that I faced my fears and chased my dream, soon I will share with you .
Was the year of intense study, a lot of research, stress, the time that I also has to face my insecure, by increasing my faith. (even though I have a high self – reliance)
Looking back now actually was a year that I learned a wide set of skills that will help me in my professional and social life .
A year of new friendships, people who I have ever met and have been essential to the development of this dream being truly friends with a lot of support.
So here they are my 5 emotional stages that I tried to explain above, and have been showed in these images.
SERENITY – Clear Mind and connected with my heart – meditation is the best exercise, even under the shower.
THANKFUL – Always being thankful at the difficult moments, because of them I got a power to learn how to boost my own happiness , and it will make me more powerful. My exercise tip: write everyday in a book or even in a paper, a list of reasons or situations that you are thankful for.
ANXIETY – Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life, but generalised anxiety disorder can take you to another level
Unfortunately I got a compulsive eat disorder, but I’m working hard paying attention to develop the ability to ” let go ” when it’s necessary.
Tips : Just breath slowly and deep 5 X or 10 X till you feel more relax in your mind..
HAPPINESS – To me it really is the little things in daily life that bring us true happiness. Yes I got it ! A list that never ends.
*Climbing into bed when you have fresh sheets. I love the smell of clean bed, chill…
*Eating your lunch outside in the sun.
* Laughing out loud at a funny memory.
STRESS – Everyone has different stress triggers. Your stress level will differ based on your personality and how you respond to situations.
Also unfortunately in 2013 I literally worried myself sick into a full burnout. But Not all stress is bad, its may what allows us to handle daily challenges.
My tip of a balance : -Therapies that may help to induce relaxation include aromatherapy or reflexology.
-Spend a little time organizing your to-do list to see what is most important. Then focus of what you have completed or accomplished for the day, rather than what you are yet to finish.
-A doctor or psychiatric specialist can often help, for example, through stress management training.
